Institutional Mission Statement: Excellence, honor and distinction are the hallmarks of the educational experience at Dunlap-Stone University (DSU) as we bring adult education to those normally considered too distant or remote to receive quality higher education. A variety of professionally significant degreesTM and programs, centered in business, social sciences and the humanities, provide a rich educational experience and solid foundation for personal growth and achievement. A DSU education serves as the vanguard for life-long learning for adults throughout the world.
Areas of Special Focus: Business, social science and the humanities with an emphasis on the practical application of skills.
Description of the Institution: DSU offers quality educational programs that are professionally significant to non-traditional learners via distance education programs.
Student Demographic/Profile: The average DSU student is employed full time, and is between the ages of 25 and 60 with some college education.
