  • This six-week, advanced technical course examines the current Export Administration Regulations (EAR), enforced by the Bureau of Industry and Security (formerly the BXA) of the U.S. Department of Commerce. It is taught from the perspective of the practicing professional who needs to know, understand and use this knowledge on a regular basis. Special focus is placed on building a strong understanding of all BIS regulations to ensure that all goods entering and exiting the United States do so in accordance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations.
  • This six-week online course is designed to introduce students to terms of sale generally used in international trade and specifically to all thirteen of the terms of sale under Incoterms 2010, the most commonly used system internationally. This course provides a strong foundation on the usage and elements of the terms.

The focus of this six-week, online course is on current ITAR regulations, regulations of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and appropriate portions of the United States Code.
